JOB INQUIRY Our dedicated team of recruiters is ready to assist you in every possible way to make your dream job a reality. You can contact CCR via email/telephone or apply through our job board. 2. INITIAL INTERVIEW During the initial interview, you will be meeting with our recruiters via webcam or in person. The purpose of this interview is to gain insight on you professionally and personally, beyond what is written on your resume. During the interview, the consultant will review your qualifications and suggest possible job opportunities that you are qualified for. It is important that you, as a candidate, inform your recruiter exactly what type of positions you are seeking and not seeking. This will assist in calibrating your requirements with the recruiter. 3. REFERRAL After completing the initial interview and conducting a reference check, your information will be submitted to a position that fits your qualifications upon your approval. After being reviewed by our client, you will be notified of your status. 4. CLIENT INTERVIEW Once the client company confirms the interview, we will assist in arranging interviews and assist in preparing for the interview with the company. After each meeting we will debrief each party to ensure streamlined communication. 5. OFFER Once the offer is provided by the company, we will assist you with all inquiries you will need confirmed prior to making a decision. 6. TRANSITION After starting your new position, we will continue to stay in close contact with you throughout the first few months to ensure the transition to the new job goes smoothly. |
